Deposit and cancellation
So that everything is clear – here is how payments work.
- Deposit
- For week-long stays 50% of the price; the balance is due no later than 14 days before arrival. For other stays the full amount is paid in advance unless agreed otherwise.
- Cancellation more than 31 days ahead
- We refund the full deposit.
- Cancellation 30 to 14 days ahead
- Cancellation fee of 50% of the price.
- Cancellation 14 days or less
- Cancellation fee of 100% of the price. The same applies if the guest does not arrive or leaves early.
- Security deposit
- CZK 3,000, refundable. Returned at departure after the cottage has been checked.
- Tourist tax
- CZK 20 per person per day from the second day of the stay – already included in the price.
