What data we process
Your name, phone number, email (if provided), the selected dates, number of guests and the text of your message.
Why and on what basis
We need the data to handle your inquiry, arrange your stay and conclude the accommodation contract. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep the data
If the stay does not take place, we delete the inquiry within 6 months at the latest. If it does, we keep the data for as long as required by law (e.g. accounting and tax rules).
Who works with the data
Only the owner of the cottage can see your data. We use these services to process it: website hosting, an email delivery service (Resend) and Google Calendar to record bookings. Some of them may process data outside the EU (in the USA), always with the safeguards required by the GDPR. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing, data portability and to object. Just email us at nahlovskachalupa@email.cz. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
